If you want to compare your myelin water content maps to a healthy control population, you might find our absolute myelin water content atlas helpful (31 healthy young volunteers normalised to the MNI152 template). Please be carefull as the values presented in the atlas are absolute, i.e. the relative myelin water content * total water content.
Remark: Please feel free to use any of those tools for your own research. However, we kindly ask you to reference the following papers:
