In this statement we would like to make clear that "we" are a group of students, lecturers and support staff, in which everyone counts and in which everybody is part of that group. 

You are invited to be part of that group, but be careful, we are good! You must be convinced and you must be ready to contribute something good. 
Be careful. 

We want to train good students and develop them into well educated professional people. Therefore we need good people to build up our Fachhochschule and make our students ready for a great future. That 
counts for everyone of us, from caretaker to principal. 
So be careful, you have to be good.
