Some Chat Guidelines before you start:

Brighton students

1. Use the following format for your "First Name": FIRST NAME (UK Position), for example if Susan offers the position of a Sponsorhip Manager she will write: Susan (UK Sponsorship)

   Be active! Write a lot. If you do not get an answer just ask again. Do not get frustrated, the applicant might be nervous; also the system might be slow.

   Write down your first questions before you start so that you just have to type them in or even copy and paste them from a text file.

Fulda/Umeå students

1. Use the following format for your "First Name": First Name (POSITION), for example if Henry applies for the position of a Sponsorship Manager he will write: Henry (SPONSORSHIP)

   Be active! Think about which questions are likely to be asked. You must have a printout of your CV with you!

   Do not get frustrated if you are overwhelmed with questions, just answer one question after the other! If there are questions which require more detailed answers, split your answers so that the other side does not have to wait too long.

   You are allowed to ask question as well (asking questions shows your interest in the position)!
