you can use the library for borrowing books, learning, reading and copying. Copying is possible in the �reading room�, using a copycard from the ASTA or using a coin. If you want to borrow some books, you need a �membership card�. To get this, you can go to the �borrowing desk�. You show your valid passport and provide evidence of your address, given by the registration office (from the �B�rgerb�ro�), and, if you study in the �Fachhochschule�, your study confirmation. With the �membership card� you can borrow all books, except those marked with yellow or green dots. Books may be borrowed for a period of 4 weeks. There is no charge for borrowing books.
