Course contents
We educate generalists who will be able to solve integral problems and to take over leadership positions.
In the basic study phase, the students are being given a managing education, expanded with basics of health and social sciences. Ethical and social competence are integrated from the very beginning. The aim of a general education is continued in the main study phase. Besides marketing, controlling, human resource management and organization, questions of company leadership and quality control in health and social business are part of the curriculum. By taking compulsory optional subjects the students get the possibility to extend their professional knowledge.
Practical orientation and international perspective
A practical semester is an integral part of the main study phase; as internationality plays an important role at RheinAhrCampus, students are encouraged to spend their practical semester abroad - either studying at one of our partner universities or experiencing business life in a firm or institution of their choice. The students are learning foreign languages for professional purposes and attend a number of lectures in English. The credit point system allows double degrees with foreign partner universities and the transfer of credits for academic work performed at other universities.
