Buildings and Facilities
Our campus, founded in 1998, is one of the most modern institutions where students can enroll in innovative, future-oriented courses of study. This modern approach to professional qualification is reflected by the range of facilities which enable students to learn in a comfortable environment.
Library
Our campus library provides a wide range of up-to-date academic literature in printed form and offers multifarious information services. With its many reading and learning areas as well as networked computer stations it creates an environment where independent and supplementary learning outside the lecture rooms and labs is possible.
OPAC, the 
Online Public Access Catalogue, lists all the books and magazines available in the library. Interlending of multilingual literature is also possible.
The use of our library is free.
IT Centre
In several computer labs, the students have access to computers, printers and scanners. All PC`s are equipped with the latest software and access to the web is free. All students receive a personal email account on enrolment.
The continuing quality of the service is guaranteed by the support of IT-specialists who run several courses on the use of the most important software each semester.
Research laboratories
One unique feature about RheinAhrCampus Remagen is its outstanding standard of technological equipment available in a wide range of research laboratories. High-tech equipment for many applications, e.g. magnetic resonance tomography and computer tomography, projection x-ray, ultrasonic and endoscopic diagnostics, material analysis, laser spectroscopy, thermography and image processing, can be found on campus. All of these facilities are utilized for research and teaching.
Communication and video laboratory
Our campus is fitted with a communication and video lab with a number of digital video cameras. Extra equipment like tripods, microphones etc. allow professional production of video tapes. These facilities are used for teaching (e.g. communication skills trainings with video documentation and individual feedback), for the documentation of special events on campus and for a wide range of student activities in conjunction with the courses offered on campus.
Language laboratories
If you are interested in learning German, English, Spanish, French or Italian, you can find a number of software products on the 
language lab computers. In addition, several CD-ROMs are available. The interactive CALL software is available at a wide range of levels. Student support during the opening hours is provided to ensure that each user finds the software that best meets his/her requirements. If further information is required, please contact language

In March 2003, the second modern language lab was opened. This is mainly used for interactive language teaching. Internet resources and digital materials are often used for language classes to bring business reality into the classroom and to provide a learning environment that is attractive, challenging and always up to date.
University accommodation
A total of 95 single apartments plus one shared flat for three students, two apartment for students with special needs and two apartments for single parents with child are available in the immediate neighbourhood of RheinAhrCampus Remagen. The hall of residence is operated by Studierendenwerk Koblenz. Students who wish to file an application should get in touch with the Team Sprachen/Internationales.
Child care centre
This university tries to provide a welcoming environment for families - both at student and at staff level. Places in the child care centre for children aged under three operated by Studierendenwerk Koblenz near the Remagen campus are available to students' children (although places are limited in supply). The university has decided on a specific agenda to improve conditions for people with children continuously. This process has been encouraged and facilitated by the audit "Familienfreundliche Hochschule" (an equivalent of the "work & family" audit at the level of German higher-education institutions).
