The fates driving migrant women to SOLWODI are numerous. Many women, being victims of enforced prostitution or trafficking, are being sent to us, or they come, when they are threatened to be married against their will. But also violence in the marriage or relation or problems when trying to get integrated in our society or getting a residence permit or legal problems ( for example who should take care of the children or the kidnapping of children ) make women come to us. In all those cases the SOLWODI concept proves its value, since SOLWODI offers help for the various emergencies free of costs and regardless of the religion a woman belongs to.
