Service Quality in Germany

That is why the State of Rhineland-Palatinate Tourism Ltd. has introduced a program recognized throughout Germany. It is called the "Service-Quality in Germany" certification program.

Tourist-Information Speyer has recently been recognized with a Level One "Service Quality in Germany" certificate.

The cathedral- and imperial-city of Speyer will benefit from this initiative as well. Its clients receive optimal service which encourages them to come back themselves and/or recommend to others that they take a trip to Speyer. Last but not least, the Rhineland-Palatinate, as a travel destination, gets a nudge in the direction of better quality, thereby becoming more competitive.
