Grabkronevon Konrad II. Eight emperors and queens and three empresses were laid to rest in the Speyer Cathedral. The precious grave furnishings form the center point of the exhibition collection referred to as the “Cathedral Treasury” in the Historical Museum of the Palatinate. The burial crowns of the Salian emperors, the orb of Henry III, and the gold ring of Henry IV are one-of-a-kind testaments to the rulers interred here.
