If your allowance period for BAföG ends in August 2015, you will need to make an early application to have your student loan extended. Please note that you need to reapply for a student loan three months before the end of the allowance period (or, even better, in May 2015). This way, any delay in processing your application can be avoided.

Please note that we send notifications as soon as we have processed applications. Remember that you will receive a notification before you receive any funds. You will receive the instalment of your loan at the end of each month.
The ministry of education, science, further education an culture has extendet its offering. It is not possible to fill in and print out the BAföG application form step for step online. You only need to sign it and send it back to the BAföG person responsible.
