How to apply for the Summer School Program 2016

Deadline for applications: 15 January... 

The number of places for each participating institution (Hochschule Koblenz, Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg and Coastal Carolina University) may vary from year to year. However, about 8 to 11 students from Hochschule Koblenz can normally be accepted into the program. Exact information will be provided at the beginning of the application process.

 

Program structure:

15 American students will visit Germany in May. They will be accompanied by faculty leaders from Coastal Carolina University and they will be involved in classes taught at Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg and RheinAhrCampus Remagen.

In return, the participants from RheinAhrCampus will participate in lectures, seminars and programs in the field of Business Management and a number of other activities during their stay in South Carolina in August/September.

Students of Hochschule Koblenz and Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences are welcome to apply online!

You should enclose:

1. Application form (please download to your computer and complete all required fields)
2. Letter of motivation (in English!)
3. An essay on "My role as a cultural ambassador" (in English, 1,000 words)
4. CV (in English!)
5. Recent academic transcript (the downloadable version is sufficient for the purpose; please do not  contact the Examinations Office for an English version!)
6. Copies of other certificates documenting international exposure, language skills or other relevant skills (optional!).
