Media gossip and digital well-being

Blue ticks on WhatsApp, missed calls, group chats or perfect pictures on Instagram - do you feel stressed by your everyday digital companion? Is there such a thing as digital stress at all? How differently do we deal with constant accessibility? How do I find my healthy balance?

We want to explore all these questions together at our Safer Internet Day event. It's not about "right" or "wrong," but rather about "what's good for me.
