Our vineyards serve as a habitat for a variety of insects and plants. We have set ourselves the goal of preserving this biodiversity in the vineyards. All measures of plant protection, fertilization and soil cultivation are geared towards this.

The renunciation of insecticides and herbicides, as well as the extensive use of plant protection products that are gentle on beneficial insects, organic fertilization measured according to the needs of the vine and a species-rich soil cover form the basis of controlled environmentally friendly viticulture.
