Tours through the Landesmuseum

Qualified guides take you and your group through the Landesmuseum – also, of course, in languages other than German (English, Dutch, French) – and through the museum’s special exhibitions. Special offers for school groups are available under the heading “Schools and Children”.

The “must” in the Landesmuseum: Discover the founding of Augusta Treverorum, Germany’s oldest city, and marvel at the archaeological treasures from Antiquity: monumental burial monuments with vivid scenes from everyday life, impressive mosaics from the Roman imperial residence and much more.

From the Stone Age to the Electors – 200,000 Years of History

Compact, vibrant history. You can experience the eventful history of Trier and its region from the Stone Age to the Roman city, from the Franks to the last Electors.

Kosten	€70 or €90 fee respectively according to tour duration, plus admission.

Tour emphasis can be individually arranged. Tours in a language other than German cost € 10 more respectively. A group of 10 or more receive a reduced group admission price; school pupils as a class group pay the school group admission price. The maximum group size per tour is 30 or one (1) school class of up to 30 pupils.
