The Trier Area before Our Time – From the Stone Age to Early Modern times
How did people live in the Stone Age? What happened when the Celts encountered the Romans? Why did fewer people live in Trier in the Middle Ages than did in the Roman era? The tour gives an overview into 200,000 years of life in and round Trier. The programme is adapted to the age level. Emphasis can be arranged prior to the tour.

When Graves Speak – Time Travel with the Dead
What do graves tell us about the past? How do archaeologists decode their testimony? Burial monuments, grave goods and burial stones answer these questions. In this tour, the pupils learn about 200,000 years of history from the Ice Age to the Renaissance. Emphasis can be arranged prior to the tour.
